| Mapping integration into Aliwen's ATM |

Aliwen has developped the Aliwen Tree Manager, ATM. This application allows users to manage their trees in a unique way. In order to propose a full service to their customers, Aliwen asked Dipole Consulting to integrate a web mapping tool into the ATM. A php-mapscript application has been developped and incorporated inside the ATM. It is now possible to map trees by site and groups, localize new tree on the map or update tree position. Specifications : The application has been developped in PHP 5 using php-mapscript and UMN MapServer 5 for the mapping components and Smarty templates. Some web 2.0 functionnalities has been integrated thanks to the xajax 0.5 library. |
